Shipping Policy
We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom, and UK delivery is free on every order. Each order is carefully packed and sent with a trusted courier. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your delivery details. If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will put it right as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is paid by the customer.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a free repair, replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
